My Fair Niece Ltd. is a family run Japanese establishment. As a business, while we are still very new to Colorado Springs, in Japan, our head chef is the 9th generation in the family owned restaurant. We serve authentic Japanese dishes, desserts, and other confectionery items which are typically eaten in Japan.
